Welcome! As an individual, I value transparency and vulnerability. I believe these two are critical ingredients in creating meaningful-long lasting relationships. In this section, I will tell you about myself. It would be my honor to support your journey of transforming your pathways and creating the life of your dreams.
My name is Noraliz Nagarsheth, and I have been a Clinical Social Worker since 2013. I am originally from Puerto Rico and moved to Florida in 2005. I obtained my Bachelor and Master of Social Work Degrees at the University of Central Florida. I currently live in Seminole County, F,lorida with my family. I have a beautiful blended-multicultural family consisting of my husband, adolescent stepson, baby boy, and our wonderful husky dog. As a family, we love to travel and explore new cities in our spare time. As an individual, I love physical activity and alone time with either my journal, an excellent book, or a fun TV show.
I am passionate about trauma, anxiety, and depression for a few reasons:
- Experiencing my mother’s death at a young age.
- Experiencing religious trauma during early adulthood.
- Having a family history of anxiety and depression.
When I meet with my clients, I aim to create a safe environment where they feel seen, validated, & accepted. If you would like to have a consultation to discuss your goals for therapy and determine if we are a good fit for each other, contact me today.
I look forward to connecting with you!
